I was away on vacation for 12 days and while I was gone Parker learned to.....
Swallow his spit....thanks to Grandma P and Nobody.
Stopped hitting, pushing and poking people in the eyes..for the most part.
Learned how to punch. I was on the couch a couple of days after I returned home and Parker came up and punched me in face. I told him that it is not nice to punch and where did he learn such a thing. I thought about the places that he was at while I was gone and didn't think that he would have learned how ti ouch from any of them. Then he said, "Game, mommy. Punch. Punch." He didn't know it but he just ratted out his dad. "Did you see that on Daddy's video game?" "Yeah! punch!" Dad got into trouble when he got home from work!! And just for the record the punching has stopped!!
He has become a bit more independent. He has to do and help with everything. He also loves Grandpa B more than me because when ever we have to come home he says, "Bye, mommy. Leave. Parker stay with Pampa." and literally pushes me out of the door. It is nice to feel loved!!
Is allergic to the sun! i swear he is my "Edward." (that was for all of you Twilight fans.) he can't be in the sun, the sun can not touch him and it most defiantly can not be in his eyes. We lost his spider-man hat but still has his sunglasses and he keeps them close whenever we leave the house.
Has learned the words RIGHT NOW!!! which is pretty annoying.
And his vocabulary picked up a bit while I was gone.
Those are the things that I noticed most about him when I got back. He changed so much in just 12 days!!

The Monday after I got home which would have been a couple of weeks ago. I decided to potty train Parker. I went out bought underwear talked to a friend and she sent me some stuff to read. She told me it will be done in 3 days. Piece of cake! Not so much!! From 8am-12pm he pee'd everywhere except the toilet. I was so annoyed and put a diaper back on him. During the rest of the week as soon as he would go #1 or #2 in his diaper he would bring me the wipes and diapers and ask me to change him.
Is this a sign??
Monday...3 days ago we did it. No diapers. 2 accidents. dry during nap and woke up Tuesday morning a little damp. I sat him on the toilet every 30 minutes.
Tuesday: No diapers. 3 accidents. Dry during nap and dry this morning. I sat him on the toilet every 30 minutes and by last night he was asking to go.
Today: No diapers. Woke up dry. Asked to go to the bathroom every time and even went POO!!!!! I called Ben at work to tell him and he sounded less than enthused. I asked him why he was not more excited and he said, "I am with a client right now. Can I call you back?" Sure!!
YEAH!!! I was so excited. Last night we bought spider-man underwear and I kept telling him that he had to keep spider-man dry. So today he said, "Spider-man dry mommy!!"
My little Rock star!!

Last night Ben and I saw Terminator Salvation. It is the 4th installment of the Terminator movies. I loved #1 and 2, so I was looking forward to this one and plus Christian Bale was in it!! See it!! It is worth it.
There are 4 other movies that I really want to see this summer...
- The Proposal with Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock
- Wolverine
- Transformers
- The movie with Johnny Depp and Christian Bale. Oh, I think it is called the, Professional or something like that.
Any takers??

Awesome potty training!!! We are struggling! I need to keep at it! M just doesn't love it so we just keep doing it. She hasn't gone Poo for 3 days until today in the pool. So great! But she has to get there, so we aren't giving up! Thanks for the hopeful story!!!
