Today has been GREAT!! Last night my favorite show was on TV and it was great...what did you think? I usually watch it with my mom, but she has been out of town. So, we have not been able to talk and gush about it in between commercials and the long conversation after the show. She is the only one I know who loves the show as much as I do....she is suppose to call today!
I thought it was AWESOME!
This morning Parker and I attempted to bake a new recipe, cheesecake brownies. Yeah, sounds really yummy, huh? well, not so much. Parker had fun repeating the name of each ingredient before adding it to the mix, and loved watching the beaters mix the batter together. He didn't however enjoy having to wait for the brownies to bake and was even more upset when I gave him one. I'm pretty sure he thought they were gross. The reason I know is because after he took a bite he pitched the rest across the room. It's like giving a dog your leftovers..when they don't want to eat it, you know its bad.
So, I am trying to come up with something different. Maybe something a bit easier. Whatever!

I have also made cheesecake brownies and been disappointed. When you find a good one, you will have to let me know. I LOVE BROWNIES! and that might possibly be an understatement...:)
The first time I made cheescake, I was so excited and it turned out so DRY and so gross. I made them for my first Thanksgiving being married so I wanted to be all domestic. I was very sad when no one ate them, not even me.
Still attempting to be domestic I tried tomake this really yummy looking cake that called for orange zest(which made me feel very proud that I knew what that was)it also turned out very dry and very unedable.
i heart: Yes we are oding T's, we aren't certain on the price yet, but we are making them upon request.
Well at least the the cookie bars were delicious... :)
