First Day of Pre-School.....

Today was Parker's first day of Pre-School.....and he loved it!!! I was a little concerned, because last week at orientation he sat right beside me while ALL of the other kids played in the other room. Today....he had his entourage there to cheer him on. My mom, two sisters and Ben (even dropped by to see his little boy off to school.) He was a little apprehensive at first, but found a familiar face, then it was a kiss, and a hug, and a quick....good-bye.

Yesterday, I made plans with a friend to do breakfast while he was away at school, but canceled at the last minute because I thought he would have a hard time letting me go. I called her on my way home and asked her if she was ready for, Denny's......She said, "I told you he would be OK!!" I knew he would be too, but secretly wanted him to beg plead for me to stay.

Before Ben went back to work, I told him it was time for another one.....:)

I can't believe how fast 3 years goes by.....

After I picked him up we were talking in the car and he said, "I listened to my teachers. I was nice to my friends, and I picked the 'fire' bag because Dad does not like the pink ones." He learned new songs and ate snack and played.

I am so excited that his Dad is on board for early pre-school, at first he questioned my reasoning for putting Parker in school so early.....but, I have a future Brain Surgeon on my hands, he has to start early:)

Anyway, here is a coloring page he did today.....I can't wait to get it on a scrapbook page:)
