Tuesday night Aunt Vicki came to visit. Parker loves having a NEW friend to play with!
Friday night we colored eggs!! Parker had a lot of fun! He thought it was so fun dropping the eggs in the colored water, but wanted to take them out as soon as he put them in. I tried to explain to him that he had to wait..but that did not work so well.
So he decided to give the eggs "bones" while he waited!
Saturday morning we woke up and found that the Easter Bunny filled Parker's basket up with all of his favorite things!! What a smart bunny!
Later we had an Easter egg hunt in the front yard. Parker loved finding the eggs and putting them in his basket!
Afterwards we opened the eggs up to see what was inside. He got M&M's..his favorite and coins for his piggy bank.
Sunday morning we woke up and went to church. When we got home we had a short activity/lesson about Jesus and Easter and Parker got a new picture of Jesus that he had to put in his room, by his crib. Then, we went to Grandma's and she had a surprise for him. Another Spider-Man basket..or bucket full of wonderful surprises and goodies..including his favorite movie, BOLT! He also received a lamb and book from GA Lisa and family, a chocolate bunny from GA Linette and an ABC puzzle and a new bath toy from Aunt Vicki!

Oh, I think putting coins for his piggy bank is just the best idea ever! I struggle with exposing Laurel to that much sugar! Thanks so much for the idea - I'm totally doing that next year!
He looks so cute in his sweater vest! He is such a handsome little boy. Glad you had a great Easter!
