Soccer this year has been so much fun!!! Parker's coach is so good with the kids. Parker has learned so much about soccer in just a few short weeks. I think this is a sport he will stick with. He loves playing with his dad whenever he can and is always kicking the ball around the house....it is a rarity that you see him without his soccer ball.
He loves learning everything about the sport and is working hard on being more aggressive. He has been playing 3 out of 4 quarters of each game and always pays attention at what is going on on the field when he is on the bench. Last week he scored the first goal early in the game and his confidence exploded...he was all over the place trying to get the ball and helping his teammates score. He can kick with both his left and right foot, which makes it easier for him to maneuver the ball. I can not believe the improvement since last season. We are all loving every minute of soccer...plus the field they play on is beautiful...with the cornfields in the back ground and the trees changing color...it is beautiful in the fall...in Iowa!!!
