celebrate

It has been a busy, busy month!!! But we have had a lot of fun. We have been making a plan on what needs fixed in our house. First, we are putting up a privacy fence in the backyard:) Very, very happy about that....mostly because we will be able to have lots of "get togethers" and BBQ's now:)

We also bought tile for the upstairs bathroom, and I finally finished Parker's room.....Pictures will be arriving soon. We are excited to get everything done, but in the mean time we are having lots of fun.

This past weekend Parker had his 3rd Birthday Party!! We wanted to keep it small, but if you know me the words, small and party do not go well together. I asked Parker who he wanted to invite and everyone he mentioned we invited. Most of them were his BF's and some he has only played with a few times, but had a lot of fun with them.... Anyway, the whole idea was to have a BBQ in the backyard, so the kids could play, but it ended up being like 55 degrees, wind and cold. So we had a lot of kids....and adults in the house. I honestly thought Ben was going to have a heart attack. It was so fun, though. Later after everyone left I asked Parker if he had fun, and he said, "There was so many people at my house...." It was cozy, but the more the merrier, right?

I did not get a lot of great pictures....I am going to have to start hiring someone for events like these to get some good pictures because I did not have time and when I did take pictures I missed cool moments because I was so worried about getting a good photo...oh, well:)
