Lately Parker has really been into independent play.....thank goodness:) I love it. I love hearing him talk to his imaginary friends. I love watching him treat his animals like they are real. He is totally into stuffed animals. It is a little ridiculous. He started out with sleeping with just 4 of them. The same four went with him to the store, nap and bed. Then four turned into 6....and so on. He is still in a crib so now all of his....at least 10 friends are stacked to the top. In this picture he is taking his friends to the store....or they might be in time-out. I don't remember which. (He did ask me to take a picture of him with his friends) He also has a thing with covering them up with his blankets. Ben thinks it is a little weird. I think it is cute and normal...right.
He loves to pretend that his trike is Grandpa's motorcycle. I found an old credit card and he now uses it as his debit card. He even swipes it when he is at the "store." He is hilarious. I am always laughing at the things that he says and does.
I post a lot of his random thoughts on Face book....maybe I need to start doing it here too. AH!! the things that keep you entertained!!!

WIll is into pretend play as well. Parker is totally normal. My kids really like to pretend to be animals...I think that is wierd!!
