The Dells

We went to Wisconsin Dells, the week of Labor Day. We had an eventful morning the day we left.....which postponed our departure about 3 hours, but once we got on the road things got better. My parents have a timeshare in the Dells and invited us to join them for the week. It was sort of last minute so we had to leave a day early so Ben could get back to work and Parker back to school. Here are some pictures of what we did.

• Timberland Playhouse: was a huge pirate ship playground, complete with cannons, and slides and plenty of areas to crawl through and explore.

• The hot tub in Grandma and Grandpa's room





• The Candy Store....m&m's and sour candy are among Parker's favorite treats





• Waterslides......I convinced him to go on one with me and Ben....he loved it!!





• The Wave pool, was a family favorite!! by the last day Parker was braving the waves and going out without a life jacket. "The waves are making my leg's not work. They are like, super strong." (trying to walk trough the waves)

• Spending time together...drama-free!!! We walked together, ate together and swam together. It was one of the best times I have had with my two favorite boys!!! Thanks mom and dad!!! (One of my favorite pictures from the trip!!!)

We were exhausted by the end of the day and got up the next morning and did it again!!! It was a lot of fun, and I am glad we decided to go and everything worked out in the end.
